Paris: Eiffel Tower Tickets For Summit Floor And Seine River Cruise

Everything went really well. We were picked up on time at the meeting point and walked together to the Eiffel Tower (5 minutes on foot). We received all the information we needed from the guide. We were also told some historical facts about the Eiffel Tower. A very successful evening.

Eiffelturm immer ein Besuch wert. Wir waren um 17 Uhr da, der Einlass ging ziemlich zügig, da wir ja einen Guide hatten. Das Warten für die Auffahrt zur 3. Etage war auch OK. Die Besuchermasse ist nicht zu beschreiben, einfach Wahnsinn. Daher mussten wir lange für die Abfahrt anstehen. Fotos machen war sehr schwierig, wegen der vielen Besucher.

Der Preis fast 260 ist zu hoch.bei 36,10 plus Schifffahrt. der Guido war ab der 2. Etage nicht mehr gesehen.

Natalia is the best guide, she truly cares about each and every guest. She took her time to answer everyone’s questions. Aside from providing clear thorough detailed history, she made sure guest go to the right queues and enter correctly in the best timing, she even comforted guest who was afraid of heights, she personalised the tour for each individual guests. Moreover she ensured that we have the best pictures as I undestand she is into photography. She even recommended her favorite lunch / dinner spots in Paris. She is truly an all-rounder and she is amazing!

It took us longer and we got lost, but it was our fault, we didn't know it was guided until we got there, but it was very beautiful and the tour guides were super sweet.

Access to the Eiffel Tower and the guide were great. Everything was very informative and straightforward. The trip on the Seine, however, was not so great. There were no headsets for the mobile phone guide, as we didn't know that you needed them. And the audio guides on the boat were broken or not in German. So... Eiffel Tower "great" – trip on the Seine "disappointing."

The activity was good. But €130 per person is extortionate! On site, they charge around €30 per person. So what did I pay the extra €100 per person for?! Very rude, I'm very disappointed.

Eiffel Tower: We had underestimated how early you have to get tickets for the top. And then you just have to pay. But: Passing all the long queues of people early in the morning is worth paying extra. I'm not sure whether it's €100/person. Remember headphones for the Seine river cruise! There are few announcements, instead there is an audio guide.

We booked an evening trip and coming back down in the lift while the tower waw lit up was a highlight of our Paris trip.

tour guide talked a lot. maybe there were some people who needed instructions for everything but I could have figured most of the stuff out by myself. obviously the Eiffel tower was incredible, though cold and understandably crowded. I haven't done the cruise yet.

I did the tour without a guide because I was 10 minutes late. However, we met her and she gave us the entrance ticket. The summit was not open and we paid to access it. I hope this company can give me a bonus for future use, because those who bought tickets at the ticket office received a refund.

We found the meeting point easily despite the wrong house number. We only had to queue for a short time at the Eiffel Tower. (The guide was superfluous and not visible on the Eiffel Tower) We had to queue for a long time for the boat tour. It would have been better to get the tickets first thing in the morning or by email so that we could be flexible with the boat tour. (We were offered to do it the next day, but we had to leave on that day.)

Good guide, kind and attentive. Absolutely not good the meeting point and the entry method: over 30 minutes in the freezing cold and damp at a road junction. Better to be right in front of the controls and leave immediately with immediate delivery of the tickets. Waiting even for latecomers in those conditions is very annoying. For the rest, the visit to the summit is beautiful. Absurd price especially if we consider that ONLY TWO DAYS AFTER MY PURCHASE you offered it with a 50% discount!!! Very unfair!

It was nice to be able to go on the very top of the Eiffel Tower. And, on every floor. Also, you can get on top of the boat which was very nice.

I had booked the Eiffel Tower climb and river cruise but was unfortunately late due to public transport. I was able to contact the company who stayed in contact with me until I eventually found the guide (I was 1 1/2hrs late!). The guide was so friendly and helpful and managed to get us on another climb. Thank you. I believe our host was called Ashad…apologies if this is wrong

Guide met at designated place & time, with a quick walk to Eiffel Tower, he provided great history & answered questions. The tour directs you thru security & elevator lines. Tickets for the tower and cruise were both great, easy location for meeting point and got access to the elevator to the top (raining and cold) instead of walking up the stairs! The cost of the tickets to the Eiffel Tower top level and cruise for two people come to $152.60 Australian- I paid $377. The guide gave a little information but this activity was sooooo OVERPRICED- I feel so ripped off and disappointed. .

The cruise was absolutely full of school children, running around everywhere And one of their teachers falling asleep on the chairs. It was raining the day we did the cruise and therefore you had to be inside so you saw nothing but the walls of the river. The guide to the tower was not at the meeting place at the time they ask you to be there. Once in the tower it was great.

I found the whole thing to be extremely overpriced, almost a rip-off! The total entrance fee would have been 44 euros, but for 80 euros, being taken to the east foot, where the elevator is, for half an hour with 10 sentences as instructions is a good hourly wage. Next time I'll definitely go on my own (I can only recommend it to everyone!), nobody needs that for that money!

Our guide for the Eiffel Tower part of this experience was Ashan who was really friendly and welcoming, approachable and had good knowledge and facts about the tower. Asian also was very considerate as he helped ensure everyone knew how to get to the top floor and back. After experiencing the whole tower ourselves we feel the 1st floor definitely deserves a visit even though the first floor wasn't really mentioned eg. The cafe is on the first floor where we enjoyed a reasonably priced coffee and cake. Be prepared for lots of queuing for the lifts and security as there is no coverage when it's raining (as it was when we went) or strong sun. The cruise was very enjoyable it's a good way to see the sights especially from the top deck. The guide was very informative. The ticket instruction could be a bit clearer. We struggled to find the meeting point as our ticket instructions stated to go to the eiffel tower base which isn't correct it's just next to the eiffel tower at the port.

Everything worked out great. We were a bit skeptical because the meeting point was in front of a café. But the guide was there and we skipped the line, lots of tips and very nice service. Thank you!

Eiffel Tower, however...you had to wait a long time. The guide wasn't there earlier, which led to uncertainty in the group... Seine river cruise, this could take place before or after. I have to/can go there again now to experience the Seine cruise...

Great views from the summit of the Eiffel tower when rain had stopped. Following evening we went on the river seine cruise, a fantastic boat trip .

As for the cruise along the River Seine, everything was very good. The problem was missing the climb to the tower because due to the slowness of the metro, we arrived a few minutes late to exchange the voucher and the person had already left. We suggest waiting at least 15 minutes of tolerance Furthermore, the top was closed, so I think it's more worth purchasing on the official website or at the ticket office. Safer.

Unfortunately there was no guide at the agreed meeting point. After a lot of texting back and forth, we found the Eiffel Tower and the guide. The tower itself was of course breathtaking.

The guide did not take us to the 2nd floor as described, but only to the entrance.

Climbing the Eiffel Tower is really over rated and that’s the reason I did not enjoy this tour. The guide Aida was extremely nice and perhaps the best part of the tour. She tried her best to make the group interactive and lively but the group was unresponsive and dull. Not really her fault. She was very sweet.

Nice easy way to skip the queue and climb the summit and a nice cruise too. Just some feedback for the guide; speak a little slower and louder/clearer. Large group of people with varying levels of English comprehension means it’s good to accommodate everyone by speaking a bit slower and louder. Other than that it was fabulous, thank you!

super fun to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower. really beautiful view, although it is sooooo high that the perspective seems a bit out of context. On the second and first floor you can estimate much better where you are in Paris and other tourist points are much easier to recognize. the waiting times for security and elevators are really long... a waste of time you lose in Paris.

All we got for the money was the tickets - we where left outside the Eiffel tower - and then do it you self for the rest of the event - including finding the ferry. We could have booked both on our own for half the price. There is nothing in the service that differs you from this - so not worth the extra money to buy a so called "guided" tour

It was very difficult to get your ticket - you feel cheated when you have bought a ticket in advance and then have to stand in a long queue to get up to the lift anyway!

We booked the tickets online specifically to avoid the queues. But there are still long waiting times everywhere. The queues for the boats were so long that we had to wait for 1.5 hours. That was far too exhausting with children!

We were able to meet our guide exactly where we were told she would be. She got us into the Eiffel Tower quickly and had lots of facts and information to share.

Our host Venus was a good guide. She did wait for people and waited for the two missing people at the meeting point. I did struggle to understand her English due to her heavy accent. The trip was too expensive when compared to normal ticket prices of the tower but smooth. The boat tour was also fine. I would not repeat it simply bec of the pricing is a bit excessive. Otherwise it was good.

Price is high, they are buying tickets for normal price and reselling them for much higher price but you have personal guide that is really good. Our was Daniel and he is really good and interesting. Still, ticket prices could be lower.

Activity was good. Our tour give was very informative and great. One little issue…there was some confusion as to whether or not the top was open. We did read that sometime it closed due to weather so we knew that was a possibility, but our guide ushered us into line and then said goodbye…we were promptly ushered out by an Eiffel Tower staff saying it was closed. We were able to wait around and get to the top but the confusion made for some difficultly.

Our tour guide Lou was amazing her level of knowledge was comprehensive. She speaks 3 languages. Those are english, french and german. She is the optimal person to go on a trip with or to visit a sight. Thank you for the nice visit, Lou.

Excellent use of time and money. Very organized. We met the guide at a cafe, then the group took a very short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Guide was kind and knowledgeable. The group stayed together until we reached the 2nd floor of the Tower. From there we were able to take the elevator to the summit. Guide was friendly and made sure the group had good laughs. Note the Seine river cruise, you're on your own. Recommended to go before sunset. The queue to board the cruise was horrendous. Took us almost 2 hours before we could board. We saw the sunset whilst queuing. How sad. I thought it was priority access. So, be aware if you wish to catch the sunset. Go at least 3 hours ahead of time especially during winter.

The day had a little rain. Our guide was very personable and informative. When we got to the summit we had a full rainbow over the city. Made our last day magical.

It was the first time I had an activity with GetYourGuide, but I liked how it was organized.

It was a little bit adventure if we will meet somebody with the tickets. But the guide turned up, gave us tickets the tour started. It took about 30-40 minutes of history talk (which was interesting). Then we skipped the looooong queue to the Eiffel tower elevators and then we could enjoy the beautiful view. We have booked the boat trip as a part of package, but haven't used it due the time we had in Paris. As you are going on the boat on your own. So I recommend book a boat trip separate or count with another 2-3 hours time for the boat.

Venus was very professional, nice and polite. She walked with us to the second level of tower. She told some interesting details about the tower. Everything was organized very efficently with a very short time of waiting. Recommeding in 100 percents. Ship Cruise starter nearly jest to the tower. Very nice trio worth recommeding.

Picking up the tickets outside a local cafe seemed a bit odd, but it all worked out fine. If you are doing the Eiffel tower with Seine boat trip, just be aware you cannot do the boat trip before you go up the tower, as you won't have the ticket. I booked the tower for the last day of our trip, and it would have been more convenient if the boat trip could have been taken before - seeing the boat trip part is very flexible in that you can go on it anytime within a year - it doesnt make it obvious that this doesn't mean before the tower visit.

This was by far an amazing activity….it was however twice the price that was initially listed…even though it said starting at $57 Euros I didn’t expect to pay $120 per ticket…it truly was worth it. Because of the time of day we went. Got to see sunset and really enjoy day and night view of the Eiffel Tower??

Not sure if just buying tickets direct from Eiffel Tower amd river cruise company would work out cheaper?! Meeting place seemed a bit odd but easy to find. All in all was easy to meet the guide to collect tickets for both. The walk over and bits of info about Eiffel tower is interesting but i would probably recommend looking online to buy directly. I did this with the louvre and it was quarter of the price and my 14 yr old was free but not through here. The river cruise pier was easy to find and is v regular

What a wonderful tour and experience! Our host, Laura, was a doll; kind and informative! We had no issues accessing the Tower or the River Cruise. Beautiful day spent in Paris!

This booking allowed us to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Tickets were otherwise impossible to find. While this isn’t really a tour, our guide was very nice and helpful, gave us some brief background on the tower, and guided us through security.

The person who took us inside the area of the tower was so nice and friendly. She was patient and explained everything very clearly to us. I liked the smile on her face and her nice attitude. Everything was organized and as expected.

We couldn’t get tickets directly from Tower and lucked into finding this option. It went seamlessly and I highly recommend this provider. Our guide Ahson met us at the meeting place on time and escorted right to the tower entrance with our tickets while providing excellent history and commentary along the way. He takes his job seriously and is an amazing ambassador while sprinkling humour in along the way. The river cruise was equally wonderful in the evening with great views of the area and tower at night.

It says “Guaranteed to skip the line”. That is not true. You meet your guide then wait in line. Not worth the money if you don’t get priority access. It took us 45 minutes just to get inside. The guide was great once we were inside. Knowledgeable.

It was a great experience. I had transportation issues beyond my control and ended up being 1/2 hr late, but the folks at Get your guide understood and still made my tour happen.

Fantastic. We were through the line quite quickly, and only had to wait a short time for the lifts. There was no wait at all for the lifts to come down ( at 10pm).

Going to the top of the Eiffel tower was amazing, and highly recommend this tour. As well, the river ride down the Seine was very relaxing and provided wonderful view from the water of the sity!

Really liked our guide. Biggest concern was it was a little confusing meeting spot as you did not know who you were looking for but ended up eating at restaurant that was near meeting spot so we could keep an eye out for guide and group. Also would have been nice to get Seine boat voucher a little earlier so we could choose best time to take boat ride.

Our guide Sabrina was really welcoming and gave us a clear and entertaining explanation about the tower, she followed us to the entrance and pointed out the most interesting details, with the guide you don't have to wait even longer than we had to, it was perhaps worth paying quite a bit more than buying tickets directly

Our guide was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty when she retrieved my ticket when I lost the printed copy while standing in line to go up to the summit. If not for her, I would have missed this wonderful experience.

The Eiffel Tower portion of the activity was worthwhile however the Seine River Cruise was not as good as I hoped for. When you make the purchase the marketing advises you can do the Seine River Cruise when it suits you however as you can only collect the tickets prior to the Eiffel Tower Tour you cannot do the cruise prior. I would have thought it easier to collect the tickets via email rather than physical collection. The cruise does have a guide (who speaks in 3 languages) however the audio is very difficult to hear and sometimes you have already passed the building he is talking about because he is speaking in 3 languages.

Aside from the really bad mannerism of the owners of the bar near the guide encounter........which were really really awful, the guide was very very nice and prepared.

No transportation was required as we just had to walk to the tower. We had a nice guide who took us where we needed to be. Danyel ??

Eiffel Tower but fab Seine boat trip horrible too full windows on th boat couldn’t see sights and guide mumbled so we couldn’t hear anything dreadful would not do that again. Still don’t know where the shights are!!!

It was pouring and the guides just kind of escorted us to the tower. Once we were on the elevator I don’t think I saw them I again. But the view was great and it the only way I could get summit tickets.

This is a PARTIALLY guided tour. The description says is it not guided at all, but Aida was our guide and she was great. She walked us to the tower, explained some of the construction and politics surrounding it. She then walked us inside and continued to elaborate on some of the unique things about the tower, it's history, and the neighborhood. We didn't have a tip for her, because the description is wrong, but found her later at a restaurant and gave her one. As for the tower, it's everything you'd expect! You don't skip any lines (that's really misleading) but the lines were not long. It's basically waiting for room in the elevators. Please go all the way to the summit because no other views compare. This was one of my favorite things we did in Paris.

Samy our Guide was great. You get a little bit of the history of the Eiffel Tower which was nice. Unfortunately you still have to wait in line even though you bought a ticket in advance. We waited about an hour. The elevators can only hold about 30-40 people going to first and 2nd lookout then if you are going to the summit you have to get in line for another elevator which only holds about 12-15 people.

It is worth the money to prepay for entrance into the Eiffel Tower. The “skip-the-line” was nice too. On the river cruise we saw the Cathedral of Notre Dame which we were told was the only way to see it. That was a sight to behold, to include the part that was burned and is being rebuilt. I think the whole arrangements were over priced though. You’re paying for conveniences when the actual excursions are cheaper.

Venus was a really good guide and told us really interesting history about the tower and helped us through security etc. The river cruise was really good too but on top of the boat can’t hear much so if you want to listen to the guide sit on the inside! Otherwise great experience!

I bought this ticket since Eiffel Tower tickets to the Summit were sold out through the Tower’s website. The Summit, and the Tower itself, was great and I’m very glad to have gone. We did seem to miss much of the line. Sami, our guide also met me in advance to give me the ticket for the Seine cruise, since I couldn’t go afterwards. He walked me down to the boat and provided very helpful guidance. He made the extra cost worthwhile. Thank you Sami!

The tours were great, but you must be early or your guide will leave without you. When you call the support line they will connect you up with your guide if possible though. Just be 10 mins early always!

Easy to redeem. Guide will meet you at a convenient place and bring you over to the security and entrance. Short introduction was given prior to entrance. Guide will not follow you to the top of Eiffel Tower. No time limit at the tower.

Our guides were easy to find, helpful and provided some cool information about the Eiffel Tower. They escorted us through security, then to the lift and to the second level. Once we got on the tower we were able to explore on our own. The river cruise was terrific, a English-French audio tour was provided while we cruised down the Seine. I highly recommend this package. Both can be done on the same day.

The tour guide is extremely helpful and talked a lot about the Eiffel. We loved it, also because it did not take too much time to queue.

We had a blast with our tour guide Ecran! Even though overpaying $100 is a bit stiff, however the fact that we did not have to wait in lines to get in, was great. He got us in through group entrances quickly and the only things we had to wait for were the elevators. Ecran’s personality was certainly fun and engaging and one could see that he loves what he is doing. The river cruise was good too, fun ride along The Seine.

Would definitely recommend! Learned so much and it was easy and fun to do!

The meeting point was not ideal. There was uncertainty as to whether you were in the right place and the prices in the cafe were very high.

La guía de la Torre Eiffel fue muy amable y las explicaciones las hizo en inglés y también en castellano. El único inconveniente que si se quiere hacer la visita a la Torre Eiffel de noche, y el crucero por el Sena de noche también es difícil llegar de un lado a otro, tener en cuenta que el último barco sale a las 22:30 y se tiene que hacer un buen rato de cola… Mejor hacer una cosa cada día si se quieren hacer las dos de noche.

Great experience, nice guide, everything was great. Only the meeting point at Cafe Champs de Mars should be reconsidered. While waiting for the guide, they were not willing to serve us small glasses of wine, we should order large portions. The toilet, which was accessed through an office, was only accessible by a breakneck narrow spiral staircase and there was no hand washing facility.

The whole thing experience was amazing, very well organised, thoroughly enjoyable.

Everything was well arranged! Tickets for the boat trip quickly received via whatsapp. Eiffel tower and arc de triomphe can be reached quickly from the top. Skipping the queues also saves a lot of time. You get all kinds of information about the Eiffel Tower through the guide and if you buy tickets in advance you have a guarantee that you will reach the top of 300 meters high.

Das Erlebnis war wirklich super. Der Treffpunkt ist etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Eiffelturm entfernt aber leicht zu finden. Wir wurden von unserem Guide empfangen, erhielten eine kurze Einführung und die Tickets. Der Guide begleitete uns sehr rasch und ohne grosses Anstehen (4min vor dem Lift das war alles) bis zur 2ten Ebene. Wir empfehlen sehr rasch zur 3ten Ebene hochzufahren, da immer mehr Menschen nach oben wollen. Beim Runterfahren kann man dann immer noch mehr Zeit auf den Ebenen 2 und 1 verbringen. Auf Ebene 3 ist es eher eng und wer einen Platz Vorne beim Sonnenuntergang haben möchte, sollte frühzeitig da sein. Die Infos die der Guide auf Ebene 2 noch erzählte, waren sehr interessant und gut verständlich. Wir empfehlen einen Schal oder eine Jacke dabei zu haben für die Ebene 3, da es oben schnell einmal zieht.
